When will my wheelz/hubz kit ship?
Standard orders ship 5-7 days after you place your order. Custom wheel sets may take some additional time for design but typically ship within 2 weeks of ordering.
My vehicle isn't listed. Which set do I order?
If you don't see your vehicle listed, head over to our Custom Wheelz page. Email us the requested axle and drive information, along with pictures of your measurements, and we can provide a wheel set for your vehicle.
Calipers are the preferred tool for measuring, but a tape measure works as well. Including pictures of your measurements helps us confirm the measurements were taken as expected.
My vehicle is listed, but I own a really old/new version, and I want to confirm that your wheel kit will work. What should I do?
If you'd like to confirm that our wheel kit will fit your vehicle, head over to our Custom Wheelz page and email us the requested axle and drive information, along with pictures of your measurements. We will review that information and confirm whether or not our wheel set will work for your vehicle.

What upgrades does my vehicle need to use these wheels?
The wheels do add a little weight to the vehicle, so the number one upgrade we'd recommend is to switch the stock battery to a drill battery or 6s Lipo. Otherwise, most of our test vehicles are running on stock gears and motors.
What body modifications are needed to install the wheels onto my vehicle?
No body modifications are required in order to install our Wheelz Kits.
Of the vehicles we have listed, the only vehicle where the wheels have a slight interference with the wheel well, which in turn affects the turning radius of the vehicle, is the Power Wheels Jeep Wrangler. Because of this, we recommend also ordering the Wheel Well Cutout Kit along with your Wheelz Kit order.
Why aren't my wheels fitting on the axle?
Check the rear adapter/ front spacer and ensure that the hex shape is fully seated in the mating hex of the hub.
